Holiday Village IVA
Holiday village Iva http://www.rodopi-iva.com/ consist of 11 bulgalows and 8 rooms and a flat in a solid-built house.
It is located on the side of the dam lake Dospat in mountain Rodopi to 3 km from a small town Sarnitza /Velingrad area.
The capacity for nutrition:
- restaurant "Panorama" with 22 places inside and 24 places outside;
- banquet hall for 10-12 persons;
- small banquet hall for 8 - 10 persons.
There are fireplaces between the bungalows for barbeque fans.
All bungalows and some of the rooms are with a kitchinette furnished with the necessary equipment.

There are opportunities for fishing from the side of the lake and from a boat in the dam lake.
A lot of suitable places for cycling and
possibilities for aquatics sports as sirf, yahting, rowing and aqua
skis.
